In Harrisburg to be around for our daughter driving back to Boston. Nice and cool morning. I’ve been looking forward to running this route — it’s got more climb (400 feet) than I can get around home. Although the quad wasn’t all that bad, I can still feel it and I bet if I continue running it’ll regress. Ugh! Back to the bike only.
Today’s run was a 4.6 mile very rolling hills route. Pace was an easy 10:08.
