Training Log 08/10/2026

I haven’t been posting in quite a while. It was getting tiresome and felt more like labor that it should’ve. However, since I’m ramping it all way back up, I suppose I’ll ramp up posting what crazy stuff I’ve been doing.

Runs lately have been in 70+ degrees and 90+ humidity at 4:30 AM!! Sure — great for training. Lousy for enjoyment. It’s like running in a sauna.

I’ll be updating other areas for info on shoes (Hoka, of course). hydration, hydration packs, fueling, books, etc., etc.
