Took several days off to let the right knee get a bit better. Feels like I strained something a few weeks ago. It’s always a fight between pushing and recognizing that some rest is needed. Ugh.

A dark, close, cool morning for a run. Temperature was in the 30’s. It got progressively more misty/foggy during the run. Not ideal when you’re on roads where the traffic picks up as it gets closer to rush hour.

A cold morning for a long run. Wind chill was in the single digits. I swear the entire return half of the run, no matter what direction, had the wind in my face. I had to use my hand to warm up my face several times to get some feeling back.
