Another cool/cold, clear early morning for a run. Not feeling too bad. The knee is OK. I still feel a few things, but it’s all transient.

Today’s run was a 3.85 mile mostly flat route with a short 10%+ hill at the end. Pace was 9:40. Weight was 146.8.

Getting colder. Temperature this morning was about 34 degrees. No complaints at all.

The knee is OK to run but not 100%. It feels like a tendon along the side slips back and forth a bit. I’ll deal with it.

A rainy, mild morning for a run. I took a few days off to play “Bob the Builder” and work on the house. Back to it, though.

The knee still is OK. Slow and steady ramp-up.

Cool, damp morning. Nowhere near as much traffic on a Saturday. The knee still “complains” a little. Stick to the plan: slow ramp-up in distance.

Another warm early morning. It’s been raining, so everything’s soaked. The rain has also accelerated the “rain” of leaves.

Still just “feeling” the knee. If it stays this way — fine. Hopefully the slow ramp-up in distance works.

A warm early morning, especially for October. The knee is still fine. I can still feel it, but it’s not irritated and at all painful over the course of the day. That’s the key.

Another nice, cool morning. Best temperatures for running. I keep thinking “enjoy it while you can.”

The knee isn’t doing bad at all. It’s still healing, and I feel a few ligaments mildly complain for a minute. But that’s it. Just a minute. It’s transient. We therefore keep going.

Still no real issues with the knee. The plan is to add a bit of distance starting tomorrow. Nice and slow.
