Very glad to get in a longer run this morning. The schedule is still totally upside down. Get out there when I can.
Mild and sticky weather mid-morning: cloudy, temperature about 68 and very humid. I’ll take it. Way better than temperatures in the low 40’s. Time to get training in summer race conditions.
Today’s run was a 9.05 mile rolling hills route. Pace was a “seemed rather relaxed for some reason” 9:17. Weight was 146.4. Total climb was about 460 feet.
