Training Log 03/16/2023

I decided to scale down a bit from the planned 11 mile run this morning. The knees were a bit sore yesterday. I didn’t pay attention last year and paid the price. Didn’t notice anything on the run today.

Nice, cool early morning. The wind was a bit cold, but that’s not going to be an issue for much longer. In no time it’ll be a sauna at 4AM.

Today’s run was an 8.05 mile rolling hills route. Pace was 9:48. Weight was 145.0.
