Training Log 01/19/2023

Some days it’s harder to get up than others. That was this morning. Not much sleep and getting up at 4AM makes for a long, tired day. Whatever. We do not quit.

I felt a little knee discomfort a few times yesterday (hence the day off) and on the run this morning. Nothing much, but everything needs to be taken into consideration.

Today’s run was a 12.5 mile rolling hills route. Pace was 10:01. Weight was 146.4.
