A bit of a change in the weather. This morning it’s 3 degrees with a wind chill of about -8 or so. In weather like this, we do need to be respectful and plan for the unexpected. What do you do if you’re six miles away and badly twist an ankle? Summer has its issues, such as being sure that you have hydration with you on longer runs. It’s doable. Just takes some planning.
Today’s run was a 5.24 mile hills route, with the short 10+% grade hill twice. Pace was 9:41. Weight was 146.4.
