Cool morning for a run. Not a strong wind, but it still froze the face a bit.
Didn’t feel too bad at all. I’ve been focused more on ramping up distance and not worrying about pace, but today I decided to up the pace a little. Push the hamstring and see what happens. So far, no issues.
Today’s run was a 12.5 mile rolling hills route. Pace was 9:29. Weight was 146.6.
