Long run Sunday. I’m dialing it back for a few weeks to ramp up to the end target of 24.5 each Sunday. A gradual approach — no injuries, please. The run felt OK, with joints and a few tendons feeling it for the last few miles. The weather was about 33 degrees and cold winds gusting to 22 mph. It tends to freeze the face a bit.
Today’s run was a 17.31 mile rolling hills route. Pace was 9:54. Weight was 145.2 before the run and 143.8 after.
