Training Log 10/03/2022

Very comfortable morning for a run. 50 degrees and breezy.

The knee is interesting. I can feel a few things at different times. The plan is to stay at this distance for a while and ramp up when there isn’t anything noticeable.

Today’s run was the same 1.51 mile mostly flat route with a short 10+% grade hill at the end. Pace was 9:57. Weight was 149.0.
