Today’s run was a 4.2 mile rather flat route. Pace was 9:53. Weight was 152.2.

Feels good to get back into the grind a bit. The runs will be short to start with, but for now I’ll take it. Way better than having to “rest to let things heal.”
Today’s run was a 2.18 mile mildly rolling route. Pace was 10:03. Weight still 151.4.
Time to test and see if I can start hitting the road for real. Take it one day at a time, nice and easy.

I tried a very easy sort of shuffle/run in my kitchen while brewing coffee yesterday. No real pain. Hmmm…….
Today’s run/shuffle was a test 0.64 mile loop around the block to see if I could do something. I felt something, but it wasn’t bad. “Pace” was 10:28.

Tried a short run today. There’s still pain deep in the knee. Almost dead center. It only really happens during the leading impact part of the stride. It’s not really “bad,” but I bet another week or so is needed.
