A misty, mild early morning for a run. Temperature around 46 degrees, fog/mist, and a mild breeze. Didn’t feel too bad after a few days off, apart from that tired feeling. Hate that. It’s interesting that it’s primarily a mental barrier and not physical. It’s just annoying. Wearing.

Today’s run was a 13.12 mile rolling hills route. Pace was 9:49. Total climb was 645 feet.

It seems like early morning temperatures are stuck around 30 degrees. Not a big deal, clearly, but it is getting into Spring. The mild breeze this morning had a bit of a bite to it.

A tired morning run. Some days are like that. It’s actually good practice, since I’m not actually “tired,” but it just feels that way. We get out and put in the work no matter what.

Nice morning for a run. Temperature about 38 degrees and the rain/snow had cleared for a bit. Glad to be out after the Sun’s up, since I hadn’t run on today’s roads in a bit and there are several new holes.

Today’s run was a 5.11 mile hills route. Pace was 9:27. Weight was 147.8. Total climb was about 275 feet.

Oh, what a fun early morning for a run. Temperature around 35, winds 16 gusting to 35, rain and some sleet. The hood on my rain jacket didn’t stand a chance of staying up when running into a wind like that. Just about froze the ears off. There were a few places where a sudden gust blew me partially across the road. One good thing is that I know, for the most part, where the potholes are, so on days like today when they look like all the other puddles I still know how to navigate around them.

A tired early morning run. Some days are like this. Not too bad, though.

Weather was foggy and temperature around 34 degrees. Fortunately, the fog/mist wasn’t too thick. No issues with cars seeing me on the road.
