Training Log 05/04/2022

Changed plans a bit late last night. Running a route with some vertical is more work, so I swapped in looping route to pull in the “hills” that I have around. Nice temperatures — 46 or so.

Today’s run was a 3.74 mile hills route around the local neighborhood. Pace was 9:54. Weight was 151.8.

A damp but (relatively) mild morning for a run. Temperature around 46 with some wind. It’s just at that transition point between needing something over the ears and not.

Today’s run was a 4.2 mile rather flat route. Pace was 9:53. Weight was 152.2.

Feels good to get back into the grind a bit. The runs will be short to start with, but for now I’ll take it. Way better than having to “rest to let things heal.”

Today’s run was a 2.18 mile mildly rolling route. Pace was 10:03. Weight still 151.4.
