Today’s indoor trainer ride was about 30 minutes.

The right knee isn’t really getting any better at all. I’m sure that I twisted it on a 12.5 mile run. I was hoping to be able to run through it but that just doesn’t seem to be working at all. It feels tight (a bit swollen) and lots of areas around the knee are sore. Time to switch to something else for a bit.
Today was the start of some bike work. Did about 41 minutes.

Another cool, clear morning. Temperature was around 29 degrees. The next several days are saying rain, so enjoy the dry while you can.
Today’s run was a 7.15 mile fairly flat route. Pace was 9:15. Weight was 150.6.

A relaxed recovery run this morning. Temperatures were around freezing with a breeze, and some sleet mixed in. Whatever. I’ll take it over 70 degrees & 110% humidity anytime.
Today’s run was a 2.18 mile gentle hills/grades route. Pace was 10:03. Weight was 150.6.
