Training Log 04/08/21

Nice morning for a run. Warm (48 degrees), no real wind, no rain, etc. No skunks either.

The ankle is still annoying but I tried running with it wrapped. I wasn’t sure how that would feel but it wasn’t bad at all. Whatever helps.

Today’s run was a 4 mile hills route. Pace was 9:20. Weight was a stubborn 151.2.

Training Log 04/06/21

Nice early morning for a run. Temperature around 38 degrees, no real wind, mostly clear skies, etc. The ankle is still complaining a bit. I noticed that I might be favoring the left leg — not pushing as hard to not stress both the knee and ankle. That’s not a good habit to develop at all.

Today’s run was a 4.0 mile route with some hills. Pace was 9:45. Weight was 150.2.

Training Log 04/04/21

First day after a few off to rest the ankle. Hopefully I can “run through” this one. It’s not too bad at all.

Nice, very cool early morning for a run. Temperature was around 25 degrees and no real wind. It was a very early morning because of an 8AM COVID-19 shot appointment.

Today’s run was a 7.15 mile mostly flat route. Pace was 9:26. Weight was 150.6.
